Owner & Principal Hair Artist
Founder and principal hair artist Aimee Beam has 10+ years of bridal hair experience and has had the pleasure of styling more than 500 brides collectively over the course of her career. Being a part of wedding mornings and special events…all while helping clients feel their most beautiful selves… is second nature to Aimee.
Aimee is a state board licensed cosmetologist who has a passion for delivering an unparalleled client experience. She is a graduate of Lehigh University and worked in the corporate world many years prior to starting her first on location hair company, Top Knots by Aimee, where she remains CEO. It’s a true dream to get to marry her business experience with her passion for bridal hair styling.
Aimee is grateful that her bridal hair work has allowed her to travel across the country, and provides her the opportunity to work collaboratively with so many creatives to produce truly epic weddings and events.
Aimee’s work has been featured in national publications including The Knot, PEOPLE, and BRIDES along with notable wedding industry blogs such as Style Me Pretty and Ruffled. Aimee is currently a Top 5 finalist in the first-ever Beyond the Ponytail Styling Awards, a global hair competition.
Aimee has studied with world-renowned bridal hair specialists, Senada Ceka, Hair and Makeup by Steph, Heather Chapman Hair, and many others.
Aimee is a mother to two wild, fun-loving boys (ages 3 & 6). Her husband, Jon has been along for the “hair business” ride since they began dating more than 13 years ago. Fun fact: Jon was one of Aimee’s first clients at her Cosmetology School “lab.” When she’s not on location, Aimee enjoys watching her sons play sports (golf, soccer, and basketball), and loves cooking an over-the-top Sunday “gravy” dinner nearly every week. Aimee and her family love living in Bucks County, PA and enjoy spending as much time together as they can at the Jersey Shore in the summer.
